@bellcanada #bellcanada #horrible service after 8 months of no one getting back to me, service calls that do not solve the problem, no call backs and dropped calls 90 percent of the time I am fed up with you! I have filled out surveys with essays to go along with them and no one gets back to me which demonstrates you never even follow up on the comments! We finally get a tech install appointment after a 3 hour call this morning which went no where and the guy just drops the package with no install! Another wasted day on the phone waiting for a 3 hour "service window" By the way your customer "care" phonelines have the worst sound possible!
