Deliveroo boss confronts Deliveroo drivers on wildcat strikeWatch the moment when one of Deliveroo's managers comes down to address the Deliveroo drivers on a wildcat strike protesting outside Deliveroo's offices over unfair changes to their payment system from an hourly rate to a piece rate. He invites them to negotiate individually which they flat out reject demanding instead collective negotiations. Then when he tries to convince them that they won't be any worse off being paid piece rate the drivers get fed up with his lies and send him packing. Deliveroo drivers are an inspiration. UVW offers full solidarity to them and will stand with them in their fight for respect and a living wage.
